Simple Exercises to Reduce Your Fat

Here is a simple routine that you can do to quickly and effectively lose some pounds and tone up your body. A bit of an easier version is to hold your knees on the floor and squat down as far as you can, then hold that position for three seconds. After that, repeat four times.

This exercise is called - Squat Arm Swing. To do it, all you have to do is hold a dumbbell in front of your chest and swing it around behind you. Make sure you do not let it touch your neck or forearms. If you are in a good position, you should be able to see about a half inch of your upper torso.

Another simple exercise that you can do to trim down your waist is - Side Raises. It may look simple but it is not. Stand straight up and place your hands directly below your shoulders. Then raise your body by swinging it from side to side as high as you can.

This is called - One-arm Dumbbell Front Raises and it is probably the most difficult one-arm exercise you can do. To do it, stand with one arm at the side, and another at the bottom of your opposite hip. Keep your arms straight without letting them bend. Raise your body by flexing only one arm at a time and hold that position for as long as you can.

This is called - Bicycle Crunch and it is also one of the easiest ones. Get down on your knees on your bike then lower yourself slowly to the floor. Lift your legs and repeat. Do the same thing while holding both hands in front of your face. This exercise can be done with weights too.

The final exercise is - Leg Extension. Stand with your legs extended in front of you. Keep your back straight and lift your chest up by raising your arms. Lift your legs continuously and release when you feel pain.
